Mini Shire Farm: Heritage Breeds & First-Generation Grit

From the iconic horns of our Mini Highlands and the soft wool of our Babydoll Southdown Sheep and Angora Goats, Mini Shire Farm is a celebration of unique heritage breeds and the dedication of a first-generation family farm. Located in the shadow of the Table Rocks, we provide a full circle of natural provisions rooted in holistic, transparent practices.

Our Pastures, Your Table

We choose natural methods over certifications to ensure our land and animals thrive. Our farm is your source for nutrient-dense A2/A2 Raw Milk (via Herdshare), Pasture-raised Eggs, Fresh Bread, and Pasture-raised Chicken. For the center of your table, we specialize in Milk-raised Pork, Specialty Beef, and our seasonal Thanksgiving Turkeys.
